To me a great deal is not only the price that I paid, but the customer service, the availability of returning things if they don't fit, salespeople who are happy to be there and are knowledgeable about the brands. I love to chat with the salesreps and the owners to see what's new and what they think of the trends. Sometime I just ask for a 10 or 20% discount, just because, and I sometime get it. My girlfriends can't believe that I ask and they are usually shocked when I get the discount with a smile from the salesperson.
